Creating and Managing Tenants

Tenants are independent workspaces within your platform. Each tenant has isolated data, users, and configurations.

Creating a New Tenant

  • Log in as Master Admin
  • Navigate to Tenant Management in the sidebar
  • Click "Add Tenant"
  • Fill in the required fields:
  • Company Name
  • Domain (optional)
  • Contact Email
  • Contact Phone
  • Subscription Tier (Basic, Professional, Enterprise)
  • Click "Create Tenant"
  • The tenant workspace is created instantly with its own admin login.

    Subscription Tiers

  • Basic: Core calling features, limited reporting
  • Professional: Full features including IVR, call recording, advanced reporting
  • Enterprise: Everything in Professional plus API access, custom integrations, priority support
  • Managing Existing Tenants

    From the Tenant Management screen, you can:

  • Edit: tenant details and subscription tier
  • Suspend: a tenant (disables all access without deleting data)
  • Reactivate: a suspended tenant
  • View Usage: statistics per tenant
  • Delete: a tenant (permanent, removes all associated data)
  • Best Practices

  • Always create a Tenant Admin account for each tenant
  • Assign the appropriate subscription tier based on the tenant's needs
  • Monitor tenant usage regularly to identify upsell opportunities
  • Use the suspend feature instead of delete when a tenant churns (in case they return)
